Applications:
  It is used for solidifying and aging of semi-conductor devices and electronic elements in electronic industry, medicament drying in medical and healthcare organizations, and labs and relevant production lines in high education institutions and industrial and mineral enterprises. This oven can make relevant program by its eight levels of program segment as per work in rated range. When startup, the oven can auto run the whole program and then display the signal of completion while the power automatically cuts off. Moreover, it can also be single controlled (i.e. without program) instead of program controlled depending on the customer.
Construction:
The outside shell is made of high grade cool-rolled steel plates and the insulating layer is filled with fiberglass with good insulating performance. With intelligent temperature controller and the digit displayed time relay, it is easy to read and of high precision. Together with the solid relay, the oven can carry on continuous P.I.D adjustment, in which when the temperature is of the set value, the relay is limited by the signal of the temperature controller and can only precisely adjusted among the P.I.D. temperature range for insulation, thus the high precision of the inside temperature control is realized. In the circuit, there installed an overheat protection device, which will act to cut off the power to ensure the safety of the tested articles the moment overheat occurs due to malfunction of devices and improper operations, and this can be adjusted among its rated range of temperature. In the chamber, there is a blast circulation device installed to enhance the air flow and the uniformity of temperature inside.
