
Overview: Type 841 infrared rapid and energy-saving drying oven (hereunder refers to the oven) adopts the infrared heating technology popularized by the National Trade and Economic Committee, by which the infrared element can radiate 2-15µm infrared rays after being heated, and the rays in turn can transfer into energy after been absorbed by articles heated, thus to dry them rapidly in a short production circle and to energy saving and quality improvement. With its superiority in operation and effect, this product has widely replace Type 101 and 202 electric heated drying ovens and has been gradually popularized recently. In a word, it is an ideal drying device for labs and workshops in electronics, medical and healthcare, and high education institutions and research departments. Construction: It is made of angle iron and thin steel plate and the interlining between the shell and the chamber is filled with aluminum silicate fibers for insulation, and the two infrared heaters are respectively installed at the bottom of the chamber, each with an independent power switch. It is also equipped with a level forced convection circulation system, the K sensor as the thermo-sensor and the XMT—131 temperature adjustment device for temperature measurement and auto-control.

Operation and Precautions: 1. This drying oven should be levelly installed in the room without active gases. 2. The forestage on and off switch for the power input should be installed and properly grounded for security. 3. Only can be electrified and used when the power, voltage and connections are checked without any error. 4.For operations when first used and after stocked for a long time, it should be dried for two hours at the low temperature of 80-100℃ and then heated at a higher temperature in order to facilitate the disclosure of moisture and strengthen its insulation and increase the service life of porcelain pieces. 5. The probe of thermo-sensitive elements in the controller should be inserted to the chamber from the testing hole for the left circuit. In consideration of protecting the normal usage of the device, insertion from the center hole of the air valve on the top of the oven is prohibited. 6. This drying oven features excellent drying effect, and when first used, the oven should be carefully observed to avoid the damage of elements and economical loss due to overheat. 7. When a bigger thermal inertia is felt during usage, a group of heater can be stopped and the radiation power will be reduced so as to prevent against the overheating due to big inertia. 8. When take out the heated articles, ensure that no bump at the temperature controlling parts of the chamber so as to prevent against the malfunction of the controller. 9.
