Both the inner and the outside covers are made of thin steel plates painted a layer of silver coating and binary coatings respectively. And a reliable insulating layer is formed with aluminum silicate fibers filled between the cover and the inner tank. As for the heaters, its two groups of heaters are both at the bottom of the work chamber, each with one power switch. Moreover, there is also a blast in the duct at the bottom to ensure the uniformity of the temperature inside.
Operation and Precautions：
1. This drying oven should be installed steadily inside the room.
2. The forestage on and off switch for the power input should be installed and properly grounded.
3. Only can be electrified and used when the power, voltage and connections are checked without any error.
4.For operations when first used and after stocked for a long time, it should be dried for two hours at the low temperature of 80-100℃ and then heated at a higher temperature in order to facilitate the disclosure of moisture and strengthen its insulation and increase the service life of porcelain pieces.
5. The probe of thermo-sensitive elements in the controller should be inserted to the chamber from the testing hole for the left circuit. In consideration of protecting the normal usage of the device, insertion from the center hole of the air valve on the top of the oven is prohibited.
6. When first used, the oven should be carefully observed so as to avoid the damage of elements and economical loss due to overheat
7. When a bigger thermal inertia is felt during usage, a group of heater can be stopped and the radiation power will be reduced so as to prevent against the overheating due to big inertia.
8. Take and place the drying articles to be dried：No bump at the temperature controlling parts of the chamber so as to prevent against the malfunction of the controller.
9. No explosive, flammable and volatile articles should be dried.
10. Maintained by professional technicians when met problems
11. When delivered, it should be packaged together with two shelf boards of the chamber and one copy of the instructions and the test certificate.
