
Adopting the new but efficient and low consumption heating technology by far-infrared rays, this drying oven is used in the process of preheating and drying for welding in chemical industries and ship manufacture, heat treatment for stainless steel works and regular dehydration and drying. The shell is made of steel plate with binary coatings, the chamber of stainless steel plate, and the interlining between is the insulating layer of aluminum silicate fibers so as to keep a good insulating performance. And its SiC far-infrared heater is of two groups, one on the top and the other at the bottom of the chamber, each with one switch controlling the electric connection and one indicator lamp, lit when connected and unlit when broke. This drying oven can automatically test the temperature by the temperature controller (hereunder refers to the controller) with the signal sensed by temperature sensor, i.e., the copper coated thermocouple in an acute, reliable and simple way. Moreover, there also attaches a timing unit (5-60min) which can automatically cut off the circuit and stop run at the set time. List of specifications:
