
Overview: HTD Nitrogen Drying Oven is a new type of clean electronic heating drying oven which can meet the requirements of clean drying oven in electronics, medical treatment, apparatus and devices, equipments, factory, high education institutions and research departments. Composed of stainless steel chamber and heating tube, this oven is charged with the protection gas to assist the improvement of the tested articles. Moreover, it is of attractive appearance, simple operation and precise temperature control. Construction: It is composed of the shell, the chamber, the heating system, the pressure adjusting valve, and the outlet. Its shell is processed by thin steel plates, the chamber by good quality stainless steel plates, and the interlining between by aluminum silicate fibers as the insulation material. The frames of the door and the chamber are sealed with the silicon rubber insulation strips (by high temperature sealed strips and stamping devices) to ensure the tightness of the shell. And the chamber can place three movable layers of plates for loading. It is characterized of clear digit display, convenient adjustment, high precision of temperature control, simple construction and safe operation with a digit displayed temperature control system with its electronic part installed above, an inlet and an outlet with an adjustment valve for the protection gas on the right side. Moreover, a level forced convection circulation system is installed to ensure the uniformity and steady of the temperature inside.
